Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SiteNerd (sitenerd.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

SiteNerd provides AI-powered website creation, hosting, and management services for businesses. Services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Content Ownership

Content created for your website by SiteNerd is owned by you. You grant SiteNerd a license to host and display the content while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, we will provide your site files for you to take elsewhere.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SiteNerd services for illegal purposes, to distribute malware, to infringe on intellectual property, or to publish content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful.

Limitation of Liability

SiteNerd is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or business results. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of SiteNerd shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteNerd and Local Nerds from any claims arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of SiteNerd after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Weld County, Colorado.
